Admission Process
Step 1 - Completion of Application Form and Required Documents
Submit the following documents to Admissions Office:

Accomplished Application Form (Click here to download the Admission Packet.)

Proof of payment of Application Fee: (PHP 3,000 to be paid in cash, check, or bank transfer)

Academic Transcript of Records (at least two to three years, including partial year records) All school records must be presented in English, otherwise translated into English and then authenticated.

Student's Birth Certificate: or other documents equivalent

Copy of Student's Passport (international students)

Copy of Parent Passport or Legal ID (both parents)

Copy of Guardian's Passport or Legal ID (if not living with parents)

Recommendation Letter/Certificate of Good Moral Character (2) (See our admissions packet.)
NOTE: In case of overseas applicants, the documents can be scanned and sent to mitis.ph@gmail.com (File format: JPEG or PDF) Original school records to be followed upon enrollment.
Step 2 - Entrance Test
All applicants will take the test on English, Mathematics, and Non-verbal Reasoning. Non-native English speakers will take an additional test on English Proficiency. Releasing of the examination result will be available the day after the test.
Step 3 - Interview
All applicants will be interviewed by either the Guidance Counselor and/or a Faculty member. High School students and parents may also want to discuss the Advanced Placement (AP) Program with the AP Coordinator.
Step 4 - Admission Decision
The admission decisions will be given after the applicant has taken the entrance test(s) and has interviewed personally with Guidance Counselor and/or Faculty member. However, the Admissions Office can make an early decision about admission depending on student's previous school records, awards, and other factors indicating satisfactory academic achievement.
Enrollment Process
Once a student is admitted, the student must go through the Enrollment Process in order to start school.

Submission of Medical Examination Report on Basic 5 Tests (Physical Exam, Chest X-ray, Blood Exam, Urine Exam, and Stool Exam). Students entering Grade 7 and above are also required to submit their Drug Test results.

Payment of tuition and all other fees

Submission of Enrollment Form and School Dismissal Arrangement Form signed by the student and parents

Photo taking for Student ID

Issuance of school uniforms and text books
Transfer Guidelines

Although it is recommended to enroll within the first two weeks of the semester, MITIS accepts new students if a slot in the applicant's grade is available and all admission requirements have been met.

In addition to the general admission requirements, academic program and calendar of the previous school are important factors to be considered during the admission process.

Minimum attendance requirement is 80% in order to receive credits. (Attendance at a previous school can be applied.)

Students with unresolved or serious disciplinary problems in previous schools will not be accepted.

Students who are admitted after the middle of a quarter may not receive grades for that grading period.

It is school's prerogative to accept or reject any applicant.
